I Want to Change or Cancel My Order

Declined Payment
If we are unable to authorize a charge to your credit card, we will let you know that we could not process your order because of declined payment.
Although there are several reasons for a payment to be declined, we are unable to obtain more information about why we are unable to authorize a charge for your order. If we notify you that your iShopBinding order cannot be processed due to declined payment, contact the issuing bank or card company for details and/or supply us with another method of payment for your order.
My Order Arrived Broken or Defective

I Received an Item I Didn't Order
If we sent you the wrong item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please call 1-877-676-6765 or email us at support@ishopbinding.com for assistance if you receive an item that you didn't order.
I Received More of an Item Than I Ordered
Sometimes duplicates or triplicates of an order are shipped unintentionally. If you notice duplicates on your order before it's shipped, please call 1-877-676-6765 or email us at support@ishopbinding.com.
If you have received your order and you have more of an item than you ordered, or if you were charged multiple times for a single order, please contact us either by calling 1-877-676-6765 or emailing us at support@ishopbinding.com.
I Received Only Part of My Order
When you order several items from iShopBinding, they may have different availability times or be sent to you from different locations. If you receive a shipment that doesn't have your entire order, the other items on your order will be sent separately.
